I'm gad it reached you! It was delivered to me by medical device rep (I purchased directly from MD's office) and he demo'd it but left no printed materials. The 2 ice packs alternate: one in freezer while one is used. Use the foundation piece and straps w/velcro to hold in place: long portion around hips/waist; short portion around thigh. After strapping on, use pump to tighten to fit. To deflate, depress pressure release valve while pressing down on inflated portion.
