I had paid for my purchase & I received a message that seller couldn’t locate the item & was giving me a refund, but she would continue to look for the item & when she found it she would let me know, I waited for 1 day & sent her a message asking if she had found the item & she informed me she was still searching but would get back with me, but to this day I’ve still not heard anything from her as to what happened with the ornament that I really wanted. Not very professional experience for me.
