I went on Google translate to put the messages in German, she eventually responded with weird message that they don’t ship to the uk, and I didn’t even ask for it to be shipped to the uk. I’ve asked for a refund and they have not responded to my 5 messages. So tomorrow I will get eBay to step in. This is the first negative feedback I’ve left in 19 years of eBay.
