I received item broken with sharp edges. The seller was insisting that I send it back. As a Nurse and post office( most probably the reason it was broken). I in good faith would I send something broke and could injury anyone else. Offer a partial refund and finally agreed. After numerous messages. I thought this was agreement it was done. But no I received a streak of messages from the buyer tonight, again insisting on the return of the broken item. I don't understand why take the chance

Refused to ship back broken item and keep it. Offered 1/2 off because it looked like it could be glued. Item could have been repacked and double boxed for "safety". Tons of broken glass is shipped through the post office daily without incident. I think what I offered way fair and reasonable. Threats of negative reviews is against eBay policies and I don't appreciate it. If I thought anyone. including you, would be injured in the return of my item, I would not have asked for it back.
