Misleading conduct..photos show immaculate lego box...received the item with nearly every corner heavily damaged and rips and heavy creasing in the box. I would not be buying from this seller...what you see is NOT what you get and he blames post when the item was completely surrounded with cardboard

We packed in thick cardboard like we always to. The so called heavy damage is only a few crease which is very normal during transportation, which happens more than often these days. You want a perfect item then you need to take up extra insurance. Beside the item already has a $100 insurance on it yet you refuse to engaging Austpost asking for a compensation. I am glad to have added you to the blocked list.
