WARNING! Bait and switch seller. Item looks different from one received. Hands on clock bent inside and does not match the photo in auction at all. Seller claiming it was the shipper fault? This was clearly packaged the way it was received. No damage or sign of impact to outer carton. THESE TYPE SELLERS NEED TO BE AVOIDED! As an eBay buyer we have nothing to go by but description. Seller trying to get top dollar for damaged item. Had they described it as damaged, I would not have purchased.

You are ignoring our replies to resolve this - by either making a shipping damage claim or returning it. You have done neither but instead post this liable statement against us. You want to get a refund but keep the part. The damage by the way can be fixed in 2 seconds by bending the thin light weight arm back to straight again - so instead of just fixing it and going on - you make a big deal of this small little issue - seems like you have some other axe to grind here than this transaction.
