This buyer is lying,he made a very low offer of 40.00 plus shipping,then swore shipping shipping is included.Ebay agent agreed with me and allowed me to cancel the transaction,then he makes another offer of 45.00 and i accepted cause it wouldonly take 5.00 to ship.I will contact ebay and have this BS feedback removed
