Good deal on these plugs. Neutrik connectors are of high quality and are cleverly designed to make their assembly simple. I have yet to be disappointed by any Neutrik product and have used their TRS, TS, and XLR connectors. You also can separately purchase different colored "boots" (for TRS, TS) or "rings" (for XLR) to color-code them, which I also have done. Other options include "boots" for larger diameter cables.
I don't know of another competing type that is this versatile.
