They sent me A message asking me these dumb questions over and over the same questions. I have answered and sent pictures multiple times. At least 6 out of 12 cameras. Not working, and they are not doing anything about it. They just keep sending The same message like a robots. I would not recommend buying these. This is my second set. I spent 700 dollars because my 3 year old system what's starting to fail. And was out of warranty. Bad bad bad
