I don't remember the original eyecup that came with the camera having any imperfections. It does not appear to be new. Though this seller has the best price by far compared to any other seller, or Nikon themselves who are selling it for triple the price. I am completely satisfied and don't mind the scuffs since the price was so good. Fast shipping.
