    The seller appears to not know the difference between an undamaged item and a damaged item as they put that the album was new and undamaged however proceeded to write further down that it was in fact damaged which is not easily seen on the listing, when I asked for a refund they stated I would need to pay for the postage costs but I decline as I believe the post was misleading- please avoid this seller and they clearly are not competent

    The buyer appears completely incapable of basic literacy, with the item originally described as ‘sealed condition but there is some damage to the sleeve from storage’. (Also shown in photos, obviously.) Offered a full refund so long as they were willing to cover postage costs, which I thought was fair enough; they disagreed, and so here we are. Would of course return the recommendation to avoid this particular buyer at all costs.
