Purtroppo ho inviato un messaggio al venditore più di un mese dopo l'acquisto, dato che ero in viaggio. L'oggetto è completamente inutile e quando gli ho parlato ha negato, ha detto che l'aveva usato e ha detto che dovevo averlo danneggiato non capendo l'oggetto. Sono un fotografo professionista e possiedo molti di questi supporti Grafmatic.Non è possibile che stesse usando l'oggetto poiché gli inserti erano gravemente danneggiati e non reggevano la pellicola. Davvero senza parole. Persona che sparisce per mesi poi, molto probabilmente utilizzando maldestramente l'oggetto, lo rompe e chiede la restituzione.
Una situazione davvero davvero sgradevole per non dire disgustosa.
La prego di tenersi per lei commenti al limite della querela e può essere certo che non ci re-incontreremo sul nostro cammino.
