    Good afternoon, I have just received my order. Sadly, I could hear the glass as the postman handed it to me. I opened the main packaging and immediately saw that the plastic cover on each order was discoloured and caked with old dust/dirt - my hands were so filthy they needed washed, I had to clean my table too! Inside, most of the actual bulbs have bits of grime stuck to them, and I don’t mean fresh dust. 3 were smashed and 5 don’t work at all! I am clearly very unhappy. Still no reply 2wks on

    First we responded to you immediately which you seem to ignore, apologising and asking you to return the items. We also said that if the external plastic cover you refer to is dusty, or whatever, it is simply from long term storage in the warehouse and not a product defect. As far as what you say about a fraction of the 20 purchased we asked you to return them for full reimbursement of the cost and your postage fees but you seem reluctant to do so. Your eBay user name is laughable & appropriate.
