    They sent the ps5 I ordered bubble wrapped and then shoved into an envelope! Really?! I had to reattach all the side panels but I managed it. It works fine but I don't know how it ended up here undamaged. Plus, it was sent to my old address (my fault) and when i reached out to the seller they took a long time to respond and eventually they said they couldn't help. My old neighbour had to resend it to me at a cost of over $120. So yeah, their shipping is downright dangerous and utterly dumb.

    Hi, we are sorry about your issue and we are happy it eventually arrived to your correct address. Due to your mistake of wrong address (to completely different province), we have responded immediately beyond our capability by contacting UPS, contacting eBay, because we do not have UPS account, the shipping was generated through eBay, there is nothing they could do to change the shipping address. We spend hours to contact them just to help you out but unfortunately it was beyond our control.
