    Seller showed no pride in doing their part , mailed a 30 $ item in a envelope knowing how usps are butchers , so dissatisfied and disappointed and now I have to take time out to pack up item and find a drop off location to mail back thanks for nothing .     Thankfully emotions don't carry much weight when fact is involved and Karma only applies with intent. That being said, I am sincerely sorry it arrived like that and immediately offered to make this right by a partial refund or full refund with return. You requested a refund of 95% and to keep the item which is not reasonable at all so I offered a full refund with return. To think a seller would do this intentionally is crazy as this will cost me far more to return. Have a nice day. Thanks
