Claimed "a staple fell out" in the planner. Never had that happen before but ok - "Sorry about that - please send it back and I'll get you a refund." Griped and complained big-time about having to return it, which translates to "I took the staple out, snapped a photo so I can get a free planner, then I'll put it back in." Claimed I hadn't sent refund even though I sent a screen-shot of said refund having been issued the day before. Happily blocked!
