They shipped the CPU very quickly (arrived in 2 days) with ample buble wrap and in great condition. The CPU was virtually indistinguishable from new. It worked perfectly in my mobo on the first boot and breezed through the stress test. Given the value and great condition of thie pre-owned CPU and the quick communication, I will keep a close eye on THD's offerings.
