The second time, I didn't receive my package for over a month, and I had to escalate the issue to eBay to get a refund. So after two months, I am back to square one. I advised the customer that I would send another free of charge but he was irate. Still open to get this done for you if you want - thank you and sorry for the postal issue as the government runs this and it is sub par at best as a result.
