    New condition. Well packed. I ordered 5-1/4" ears but seller sent 7" ears. I notified seller, and after I provided photographic proof the seller then sent 5-1/4" ears. Seller provided return shipping label and I returned 7" ears to them. I measured the 5-1/4" ears I received and discovered they are metric (this was not described in seller's listing) and will not fit my HP equipment. (It's possible the 7" ears also were metric; I did not check.) Generally was not a very satisfying transaction.
