At first seller was super responsive when when I told her the item arrived broken offering to refund money and shipping but communication took a turn. In the end I’m out money and just left with no recourse.

Sadly, this buyer is lying because she is irrate that I did not respond to her over the weekend, even though I fully refunded her the product plus shipping in a very timely manner. The item was damaged in transit through no fault of my own but I reimbursed her, of course. Very disheartening that she is making it seem otherwise out of malice and spite.
