Not seeing the real photo, I asked the seller before buying.
He confirms the product with several photos and 2 days after payment he writes to me that I only bought a radiator instead of the complete unit.
If you are wrong you take responsibility.
Instead he simply cancels and refunds.

we have solve the problem and refund, the buyer know that complete unit costs more than €1900,00 he wants to buy it for € 185,00 we just send wrong photos and when we knew that we were honest and told the buyer about it, we refund and gave him positive feedback, he just gave us negative feedback.
same problems with the small buyers without experience.
