Finally arrived after almost two and a half weeks, which could be send in 1 day. Packaging is poor (jewelcase in only a soft bubble envelope) but arrived okay. Asked multiple times for a track & trace code, but only got a response it “dropped of a pile” and they would send it now. Never got a track & trace code, which makes sense for it wasn’t packaged properly. If packaged with proper protection as a “brievenbuspakketje” for 1 euro more it would have had free track and trace. Poor experience.
