Asked the seller to reply with pictures.. currently no response after some time. Additionally its a plastic card hence why it was sent like this.... No case was opened and I was not given any opportunity to help. I am sorry and don't wish to provide such items. Seems harsh to first provide negative feedback without the seller being able to offer some sort of solution. Mistakes happen and in ideal situations this never happens however it would have been nice to make things right
