Seller said they would contact shipper and get back to me next day. Three days later had to send another message. Contacted seller again asked for a replacement ended up giving a full refund. Tried to re-order and seller blocked me from buying anything from them. Handled like a child, totally wrong way!! The package did get delayed by the carrier and we started a trace, while communicating as much to the customer. It soon became obvious we were not going to make this customer happy, no matter what we did. We voluntarily refunded them in whole, to allow them to purchase from another seller who might meet their standards.
