Seller said they would contact shipper and get back to me next day. Three days later had to send another message. Contacted seller again asked for a replacement ended up giving a full refund. Tried to re-order and seller blocked me from buying anything from them. Handled like a child, totally wrong way!! The package did get delayed by the carrier and we started a trace, while communicating as much to the customer.
