I requested a refund I was entitled to have , but the seller was not co-operative at all, blamed on me and was extremely rude in the messages. Turned out he had several complaints and refund requests in the past by other buyers. I had to ask him a couple of times to stop contacting me and to stop talking me that disgusting way. Which as states to allow 5 working days for 2nd class mail, due to new Royal Mail guidelines, as they have changed. It also states to contact me to cancel order if that does not work for you.
