Took longer to receive because Purolator did not scan on pick up so it disappeared without a trace - despite a tracking number. Not dharimall's fault and they sent out another one. Not much faith in Purolator after this. Sure hope Purolator comes good for the first. But would certainly deal with dharimall again. Customer service A-One. Thanks Mariam!

At first, I assumed the system was just slow to update, but after a week it was still inactive. I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, but received no reply - instead, I was issued a refund without any explanation. Were they hoping I’d forget I ordered a laptop so they could keep the money? Poor communication and unreliable service. I noticed similar negative feedback from others and should have trusted my instincts.
