Both sets of insignia appear to be in excellent, like new condition, although they have not been examined outside of their plastic packaging. Paper card with colonel rank insignia appears to be in excellent condition with minor bending or folding of corners. Paper card with Dental Corps insignia appears to be in excellent condition with minor wear on the corners and a large fold or crease of the upper left corner. Plastic packaging for both sets of insignia are unopened and intact with scratches, scrapes, abrasions, and rub marks, although there is an approximately 1/2" long tear near the upper right corner of the Dental Corps insignia (the packaging still appears to be unopened, however).”
