    I bought two robots at the same time, both shipped as one package. Post office destroyed the outer box and some of the inner box. The protective inner plastic was even broken and in pieces on one of the corners. The robot itself was fine, thank goodness the seller has put plastic corner protectors on the outside box or if would have been completely smashed. Seller was good, would buy from him again.
