Screws were sheered off and others were rusted and unmovable to make adjustments to the headrest or stripped. Contacted seller and he stated he would send a complete refund. After more than a week finally gave me a partial refund, but not full as was promised. Contacted again and he stated that he made a mistake and he would send the rest. It has been about a month and and still has not refunded the total amount.
