I contacted the seller asking if there was a problem with my order and why only the partial refund and their only response was "I refunded you fully" with no other explanation. I asked why again, no response. I know my refund is only short $.28 but I have received no response to my messages I think its poor customer service to not even give a heads up or reason why it was canceled.
