The touch screen was perfect and did not even have a single scratch. The exterior had some imperfections but that was stated clearly in the posting and were really not that bad at all. After removing my old assembly that was cracked and no longer functional, I installed the one I purchased and it worked perfectly as soon as I restarted the flipbook. I'm a very happy customer!
