Communication with seller was very good. Quality of the product is fine for the price. But making bracelet adjustments was tricky. One of the link screws will only go back into the hole it came out of. One of the spring bars was very difficult to get back in to its location hole. The GMT hand is not keeping time. But the movement itself is keeping very good time. All in all, a good buying experience, but don’t buy an NH34 movement based watch if you’re needing a GMT watch.
