They sent me Mother’s Day not Father’s Day. Contacted them and the excuse was only 2 letters were wrong so it wasn’t a big deal. 2 balloons had tears in them and they wanted me to send the item back for a refund after their mistake. Sent them photos but they claimed they couldn’t see the problem!

The buyer proceeded to leave unfavorable reviews on every item purchased from our store, which were graciously removed by eBay since they were unfounded. Although the buyer's order was delivered over a month ago, a resolution was still possible. However, the buyer insisted on a complete refund. Ultimately, the buyer consented to a 15% refund, which we issued. Surprisingly, after receiving the refunds, the buyer chose to leave negative feedback.
