They are outstanding to work with. I did a “made to measure” approach to my first jacket, and it fit perfectly! Since they have my individual measurements, each subsequent jacket has also fit perfectly. Their quality is fantastic, and their communication is also extremely good. I highly recommend them!

Like rotten or mold? Its still smells a little after a week on a hanger in fresh air. I had some custom requests: The sizing is perfect, the brown instead of grey rib is good, but i also asked specific for having either the lining or brown fleece in the hood. The jacket has a totaly other grey material in the hood. It looks like sack-material but soft. Im unhappy about it

Unfortunately, a couple of the measurements are larger than what I asked for, making the coat look & feel overly large. Also, when it arrived it had a strong artificial smell (presumably from some kind of waterproofing?) which has taken a while to air out. It still feels like pretty good value though.
