This is exactly what it says it is. Full PTZ 4K with x36 zoom it's an excellent camera and good value for money. We're very please with it's performance, So pleased we bought another... Does all you'd expect fixed IP, night vision modes IR and Full colour, Good colour at night with not a lot of light, day mode. Good Zoom. Microphone pick up it good too... Relatively intuitive to use. Instructions very small :-) but pretty easy to set up...
