Never received the item, it was lost by Evri. Seller didn't do much to replace/refund, I had to contact Evri myself. Evri said only the seller could claim a refund from them, which they didn't do. In the end I had to lodge a missing item claim with eBay to get my money back. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Will think twice about purchasing from overseas in the future.

We have claimed to them but they replied that it's delivered and end the issue.They told us need the receiver to contact them asking for compensation...Apparently they just want to shirk responsibility. We don’t want to use this logistics company, but its eBay-designated service provider,requires us to use it when sending packages to the UK.Now we can only ask this logistics company to compensate through eBay.Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.Thank you
