The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced on eBay. Asked why it took 4 days to ship and instead of offering solutions, he was condescending. I gave him a chance to make it right and got nothing but lip. Note to seller, I will never purchase from you again, so no need to block me. Goodbye.

Item purchased on May 8th. We shipped on May 11th. Obviously, this buyer doesn't know how to add. We reported the buyer to eBay's trust and safety team. We also blocked him from further purchases. " The absolute worst" buyer we have encountered on eBay.
