He incorrectly claimed that I "demanded" the unit immediately be sent when I very kindly asked him to do his best to quickly ship it because my parents' water heater had failed. He cancelled the order on his end (without my approval), advised me to buy it locally, and then later reposted the same item in a different listing at a much higher price. This seller repeatedly refused to send me a used water heater after he accepted my offer of $450+. He incorrectly claimed that I requested to cancel the order (I did not) and then he proceeded to cancel the order on his end and then he later reposted the same item in a different listing at a higher price.
