I soaked them for 24 hours by putting tissue paper on the bottom of a plastic container then filling with water, drop in the seeds and cover with another tissue paper to ensure they get fully wetted. I wish i asked before i bought as i was told they're random colors so you won't know what you got for a year or more till they bloom. The picture of the flowers is deceiving.
