Sent the radio and a week later got it back better than ever. Clear picture and quality and way better than spending $1400 on a new radio just cause the screen went out. Wish I would have found this sooner than I did.

Sent my screen to OEAutoTronics using there repair service and wow!!! Screen looks better then new NO ISSUES. Quick turn around, Return packing was over the top and well protected. Communication was very quick and helpful. Dont think about it , send your screen to them! 10/10 Customer for life

Once Radio arrived at their business, they notified me, fixed it, tested it, and shipped it back within a day or two. Radio works great, and my daughter is super happy to have her navigation, and Apple CarPlay is working properly. Thanks for the great experience.
