It smells strongly of dampness .so it's been stored somewhere damp for a long time .Seller advised my to hang it in the sunshine and that will get ride of the smell, it should be in perfect condition a new fabric smell . I don't recommend this seller the communication was dreadful. Should not be selling damp faded fabrics and passing them of as new shocking .
