The boots were not damaged. The customer mistook the markings on the "crazy" leather as scuff marks, which wipes off without an issue. Crazy horse leather has grown in popularity over the centuries and for good reason – it’s beautiful, tough, and long-lasting. It’s the highest-quality and priciest leather on the market, made from full- grain cowhide. Regardless, we asked them to return it for a full refund but the customer chose to keep the boots.
