There was a mistake with a simple solution that the seller refused to to entertain so I'm out $70. I offered to pay shipping both ways and for the return of the incorrect item and he blew me off. I was even willing to return the wrong item before asking him to ship the correct one. Ultimately it's a lousy product that I'd have been stuck with regardless but I wish I could have at least exchanged it for the correct size. An exchange should've been possible.

Buyer ordered wrong item. We explained what they needed. They said we should have them pay us outside of eBay, which is not allowed. Instead, we sent out the item they needed, the correct one, free of charge. We did not ignore the request, but buyer did not even give us a day to respond before leaving this feedback. They even went so far as to say the product is bad even though they wanted another. Again, buyer made the mistake and we bent over backwards trying to satisfy them. Whatever, dude.

Item as described, packaged well and shipped quickly! I had a very slight issue with my as far as initial fitment, but a light sanding to the two guide disks (see attached picture) and now it fits perfectly. I made the seller aware of this slight adjustment, which they should be able to easily correct on future caps.
