    This bar helped the steering/cowl shake/ noise and vibration / turning characteristic of my Miata. I think you need front subframe brace and make sure the sway bar end links are working to get the most of this shock tower bar. My favorite upgrade has been frame rails, but this may be 2nd favorite. Torque spec 20lbs for the bolts, 2 minute installation. Awesome. The seller was nice and easy to communicate with. Do not buy the other brands with a hinged bar, hinge is pointless, rigid is best
