    Hat was indicated as New, and the photo had no damage. The shipper sent the hat in a flat envelope instead of a box, so it arrived smashed and crushed. He did not see any issue with this. He said I would have to send him a box and wouldn’t pay for it, stating I needed to pay for the label, box, and shipping back to him. I told him I’m not going to pay extra money for a damaged product and he said “have a good night.”

    Truth, it's a new, some people is very hard to deal with, sometime make you S.... customer needs to be shipped in a box and to ship it in a box it will cost more than the item price.... i offered %50 off plus the shipping as the customer choice box or overnight... I don't understand how the FABRIC get damaged after to many messages i cannot keep chatting days and nights, AGAIN have a nice night.
