Stephanie Cuomo is an Indie pop Singer Songwriter from the Washington DC area. Her music and down-to-earth lyrics draw you in feeling as if you are reconnecting with a close friend. Whether it's her soft-spoken confessions of heartache in "Caught in the Middle," or struggles of faith in "Hold On" and a longing for new beginnings in "Wake Up", there is no doubt Cuomo's vulnerable voice and soul-baring lyrics leave you yearning for more of the connection and comfort her songs deliver. With outstanding previous efforts, Stephanie has reached her stride in this highly anticipated album "Hope Is On The Way". Each song is inspired by her life story of struggle, dreams and pain. This album has been three-and-a-half years in the making with previous projects including "Awaken Me" and "Frontline Live". When she performs, she often plays with friends and family including, her brother, her husband and cellist Allida Born. Stephanie is currently booking gigs all over the area and playing songs from this newly released album. While busy promoting "Hope Is On The Way", Cuomo is continuing to write new songs and looks forward to her next release, which may include rock anthems to quench her desire to let loose on the electric guitar. She isn't tired of playing songs from this newest album just yet and continues her love of performing with each song. "All of the songs on this album remind me of where I was in life when I wrote them and what I have learned since," Cuomo says. Cuomo and friends anticipate kicking off the Hope Is On The Way tour this summer. In addition to booking near her area, she has travelled to NYC to play a show at Crash Mansion.
