      The memory modules turned out to lack heatsinks, even though the seller's pictures showed _and_ I specifically contacted them before the purchase to confirm that they would be provided. On arrival I immediately contacted the seller who apologised and offered to replace them on return of the original set. At that point the modules were already in my server undergoing burn-in and in any case we are located continents apart so downtime was going to be an issue. Hence the reduced rating.
