This buyer failed to mention that, immediately, when I was advised of the problem: I first apologized AND then issued a full refund for the items that he "stated" he did not receive. He was also reminded that I offer a 30 day return on all my items. But unfortunately, he was obviously STILL unhappy... So, there was really NOTHING else that I could do.
