      The item was not delivered. I had to pick it up myself from the post office. This is not a complaint about the supplier. It is a complaint about the carrier. There was no attempt at delivery. The driver just put a card in the letterbox. I have him on video. Maybe before you advertise your product with delivery you properly vette your delivery service. Additionally, don’t advertise a delivery date unless you can verify it. The product arrived 11 days after the stated delivery date

      Sorry to hear your delivery experience was unpleasant. Unfortunately, the delivery is out of our control and the service you receive is dependant on the driver you have in your area. Some areas have nicer ones than others. With the estimated delivery date, we don't actually advertise that. It's an ebay function that they put on there to help customers get a rough idea of when the item might be delivered. Its not a function we set ourselves.
